Before changing devices
Export a JSON backup from the app's Settings, then keep the file somewhere you control. On your new device, review the import confirmation carefully: restoring replaces the local backup-managed data instead of merging it. Export any current records first.
If a reminder or widget seems quiet
Check your operating-system notification permissions and the app's quiet-hour settings. Widgets refresh on the system's schedule. Your saved session in the app remains the reference for elapsed time.
