Consult a qualified professional before changing your eating pattern, particularly if you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18, or have a history of disordered eating. End a session whenever you choose.

Your device and records

Timers depend on your device clock. Notifications and widgets depend on operating-system permissions and scheduling. Their delivery or update timing is not guaranteed. Check important details directly in the app.

Keep backups of records you want to retain. Import replaces backup-managed local data; it does not merge records. Device loss, removal, storage failure or uninstalling may result in lost local records. We do not have a cloud copy to restore.

Availability and releases

The current app release offers its local features without subscriptions or in-app purchases. App store availability, compatibility, and review timing depend on the store and your region. Future releases may change features or supported operating systems; the store listing and in-app information describe the version you install.

Website articles are practical educational material. External links are provided for context and are controlled by their respective publishers. Sample interface previews and illustrative journal entries on this website are demonstration content, not actual user records or claimed outcomes.

Fastly's name, app artwork and original website content belong to their respective rights holders. Bundled open-source software and fonts retain their own licenses.
