Know which records you are viewing
A retrospective correction often comes with imperfect memory. The note can preserve that limitation so a precise-looking timestamp does not imply more certainty than you had.
Make the smallest useful change
Write what you know and what you estimated, for example “end was around the time I arrived home.” Then choose only the timing correction you can reasonably support.
History groups completed sessions by their local end date. The week chart adds the whole duration of each matching record to that day; it does not split an overnight session across two bars.
Verify the result
Later reviews can separate directly recorded sessions from reconstructed ones. This is especially helpful when a single unusual duration dominates a small weekly chart.
Preserve an honest history
Do not describe an estimate as exact merely because the editor requires a minute. The interface's precision is a storage format, not proof of precise recollection.
Fastly is a lifestyle timer and journal. These notes explain the app and offer reflection prompts. They are not medical advice or a prescribed eating schedule.
