Give the entry a purpose
A weekly review can begin with notes rather than totals. Reading several records together may help you notice recurring logistical issues, such as forgetting to stop or repeatedly changing a reminder.
Write and save deliberately
Open the relevant sessions in the Journal tab and look for one practical question. Compare like contexts where possible, and note whether some sessions have no journal information at all.
Normal journal use keeps the information on this device. JSON backup export includes the recorded fields as readable data; the separate progress-image export deliberately excludes the journal.
Use a concrete example
If several entries mention an estimated start, the useful action may be a clearer recording cue rather than a different goal. The notes explain the recording process, not just the durations.
Read the note in context
Fastly does not generate an automatic causal analysis from these notes. Treat a pattern you notice as a question to explore, not a proven explanation.
A note may record uncertainty, context, or a change of plan. These are self-reported descriptions, and neither the text nor a mood label establishes a medical result or a cause-and-effect relationship.
A worked walkthrough
For a focused review, imagine your question is whether forgetting the stop control has become an inconvenient part of logging. Read the relevant week's notes and identify which explicitly mention that issue. Then inspect those sessions' corrected timestamps and distinguish them from unusually long but accurately recorded events. Unlabeled sessions cannot be assumed free of the issue; they simply lack that context. A practical outcome might be checking the saved row immediately after stopping, or choosing to use no extra review at all if the pattern is unimportant to you. This question is about the recording workflow, so the evidence stays within what the journal can describe. It does not establish why you felt a particular way or whether a fasting pattern caused a health change. A narrow question makes the limits of a small personal log easier to respect.
Fastly is a lifestyle timer and journal. These notes explain the app and offer reflection prompts. They are not medical advice or a prescribed eating schedule.
