A HELPING HAND · HISTORY & RECORDS

Why the session count changed after archiving

The Sessions summary counts main-history records.

Know which records you are viewing

The Sessions summary counts main-history records. Archiving moves one of those records to a separate collection, so the visible count can fall even though the record remains on the device.

Make the smallest useful change

Open Archived sessions and look for the item you recently moved. If it belongs in the main summaries, restore it and return to History to check the count again.

Time edits preserve the session protocol, goal, note, mood, and optional weight. The controller sorts by end time after saving, so a corrected entry may move while retaining the same contextual information.

Verify the result

A count change can be intentional housekeeping rather than data loss. It is helpful to distinguish the number of visible completed sessions from all retained records including the archive.

Preserve an honest history

Do not import a backup just to reverse an archive. Restoration is the narrower action and avoids replacing other recent records or settings.
