Know which records you are viewing
Selecting a day narrows the list beneath the calendar to that date. It can make other sessions look absent even when they remain in main history.
Make the smallest useful change
Tap the selected day again to clear that selection, or move to another month. Read the section label to confirm whether you are viewing one date or Sessions this month.
Time edits preserve the session protocol, goal, note, mood, and optional weight. The controller sorts by end time after saving, so a corrected entry may move while retaining the same contextual information.
Verify the result
The List and Week views do not use that selected-day subset for their session list. Switching views is a useful check when you are unsure why a month list seems short.
Preserve an honest history
Filtering changes what is displayed, not the stored timestamps. Avoid importing or deleting anything until you have ruled out an ordinary view selection.
