Know which records you are viewing
Deleting a session permanently removes that local record and its journal. The confirmation is a useful final opportunity to verify that the selected entry is the one you mean.
Make the smallest useful change
Open the record, read its date and duration, and choose Delete session. Review the confirmation before completing the action; cancel if you meant only to hide the record.
Time edits preserve the session protocol, goal, note, mood, and optional weight. The controller sorts by end time after saving, so a corrected entry may move while retaining the same contextual information.
Verify the result
Archive is the alternative when you may want the information later. It preserves the entry outside the main list and provides a direct restore action.

Preserve an honest history
A backup import is not a selective undelete tool. It replaces local records with the backup dataset and can remove newer changes, so do not rely on it as a casual undo.
