Decide what cue you want
A notification can feel more authoritative than the setting behind it. In Fastly it is simply a locally scheduled message based on your chosen time or goal.
Check the relevant settings
Read the cue as information, then consider your current circumstances. If the plan changed, record an accurate end or leave the app idle rather than treating the alert as a requirement.
The controller cancels old goal and start schedules before computing the relevant new ones. Goal changes and start corrections resynchronize reminders from the current session data and current quiet-hour settings.
Understand the timing distinction
You can revise the goal, change the reminder time, or turn reminders off. These are ordinary controls for adapting the tool to your use.

Keep control of the routine
The app does not assess your health or determine that starting or continuing a fast is appropriate. A reminder should not substitute for your judgment or qualified guidance.
Fastly is a lifestyle timer and journal. These notes explain the app and offer reflection prompts. They are not medical advice or a prescribed eating schedule.
