Know which records you are viewing
Exploring an app can create a short test record that you do not want mixed into a personal log. Decide whether that sample has any continuing value before removing it.
Make the smallest useful change
Identify the test by its date, duration, and note if present. Archive it to retain the example outside the main view, or delete it if you are sure it is disposable.
The month calendar can filter the list to a selected day. Tapping that selected day clears the selection; changing months also clears it, so always read the list heading before assuming records are absent.
Verify the result
A note such as “interface test” is useful if you keep the record. It explains why an unusually brief duration appears in the archive later.
| Check | Practical meaning |
|---|---|
| Keep example | Archive with a note |
| Discard example | Delete the correct record |
Preserve an honest history
Check that you selected the test rather than a nearby real session. The same protocol name can appear on many entries, so use dates and durations together.
Fastly is a lifestyle timer and journal. These notes explain the app and offer reflection prompts. They are not medical advice or a prescribed eating schedule.
