Make the smallest useful change

Read the completion date and protocol in the row, then check the duration in its action sheet. Open Notes, mood & weight only after those details match the event.

History groups completed sessions by their local end date. The week chart adds the whole duration of each matching record to that day; it does not split an overnight session across two bars.

Verify the result

If you discover a misplaced note, copy its meaning into the appropriate record and remove it from the wrong one deliberately. Saving a note does not move the session itself.
