If you choose to discuss a log with a qualified professional, clarity matters more than elaborate interpretation. Distinguish what the app recorded from what you remember or suspect.
Write and save deliberately
Verify the relevant start and end, identify estimates, and summarize the specific question you want to discuss. Decide which records and personal details you actually intend to disclose.
Archived sessions retain their journal fields and are included in JSON backups. Moving a record out of the main list therefore does not remove its private wording from the device or from a new export.
Use a concrete example
Fastly's progress image excludes the journal, while a full JSON backup contains notes and optional weight. Choose a sharing method with that difference in mind rather than assuming both contain the same detail.
