THE CHECKLIST · CHARTS & PERSPECTIVE

Use a chart screenshot with enough context

A screenshot preserves a view at a moment, but it may omit the definitions needed to interpret it.

Read the metric definition

A screenshot preserves a view at a moment, but it may omit the definitions needed to interpret it. Include the relevant period and what the displayed number represents when you describe it.

Inspect the contributing records

Check whether you are sharing elapsed session time, current rhythm, or a recent-week total. If you compare screenshots, record their dates and any meaningful changes to goals or included records.

Main-history summaries exclude the active session and archived records. Editing, archiving, restoring, deleting, or importing records can therefore change a chart without any new session having occurred.

Check the relevant distinction

A visually taller bar in one screenshot can result from a different chart scale. A larger rhythm number can reflect different saved goals and recording coverage.

Interpret within the data limits

Avoid presenting a timer screenshot as proof of a health result. It documents a selected app view, with the same limitations as the underlying local log.

Fastly is a lifestyle timer and journal. These notes explain the app and offer reflection prompts. They are not medical advice or a prescribed eating schedule.
