Inspect the contributing records

Read the hour label, open individual sessions for minute detail, and confirm that the same dates and datasets are being compared. Note any records that were archived or corrected.

Bar heights are scaled against the largest daily value in the current view, with a minimum scale. Read numeric labels for comparisons across different screenshots; visual height alone is not a stable unit.

Check the relevant distinction

When comparing an exported image with History, verify what the image shows: a session, rhythm, or recent-week total. Those are different quantities, even when all are presented as large numerals.
