Widget troubleshooting is easiest when you separate installation, placement, refresh, and actual timer data. Each problem points to a different part of the workflow.
Set it up or export deliberately
Confirm the supported mobile platform and iOS version where relevant, add the widget through the system picker, and tap it to open Fastly. Compare the app's active state with the widget.
Session sharing uses the current session when present, otherwise the latest completed main-history record. The resulting image is static and does not update later when the timer, record, or summary changes.
Check what is actually shown
If the app is correct but the widget lags, consider operating-system refresh behavior. If the app itself has the wrong start or an unintended active session, correct the underlying record from reliable information.

Respect the display and file boundary
