Understand the selected surface
Small and Medium Home Screen widgets are layout choices in the supported iOS widget guide. The useful choice depends on available space and how easily you can read the timer.
Set it up or export deliberately
Add the size you want, inspect it on the actual Home Screen, and choose a different size if the layout is not comfortable. Keep surrounding icons and the usual viewing distance in mind.
Session sharing uses the current session when present, otherwise the latest completed main-history record. The resulting image is static and does not update later when the timer, record, or summary changes.
Check what is actually shown
A larger widget does not make the underlying record more accurate or refresh independently of operating-system rules. It changes the space available for its presentation.

Tap through for full session details regardless of size. A glanceable widget is best used as an entry point, not as the only source of context.
