Distinguish a rolling week from a calendar week

History's last-seven-days chart covers today and the six previous local dates. It is a rolling window, so it does not always begin on Monday or coincide with a calendar week.

Inspect the contributing records

Read the day labels and the current date when comparing screenshots. As tomorrow arrives, the oldest date drops out and a new date enters the display.

The chart's compact hour labels are rounded, while individual records retain hours-and-minutes displays. A summary is a view of stored timing data, not a measurement of nutrition, mood, or medical outcomes.

Check the relevant distinction

The sharing screen's This week calculation uses a recent seven-day time window, which can differ at the boundary from the chart's set of local calendar dates.

Interpret within the data limits

If two totals disagree near a boundary, inspect actual end timestamps and the definition of each view before assuming an arithmetic error.

Fastly is a lifestyle timer and journal. These notes explain the app and offer reflection prompts. They are not medical advice or a prescribed eating schedule.
