A HELPING HAND · REMINDERS & ROUTINES

Recover from an accidental reminder change

An accidental reminder switch changes future scheduling preferences, not the events already saved in the Journal tab. Correct the preference without editing completed session times.

Check the relevant settings

Open Reminders and restore the intended master and individual choices. Read Start time and quiet-hour endpoints to ensure the problem was not a clock-time selection instead.

Notification delivery also depends on the operating system, permission, battery restrictions, and presentation settings. Fastly's timer reads the device clock; an accurately calculated duration does not guarantee an exactly timed alert.

Understand the timing distinction

If you accidentally disabled permission at the system level, reenabling an app switch alone may not suffice. Inspect the device notification permission and return to Fastly afterward.

Keep control of the routine

Avoid importing an entire backup merely to undo one preference. Directly adjusting the setting is narrower and preserves recent records and journal changes.

Fastly is a lifestyle timer and journal. These notes explain the app and offer reflection prompts. They are not medical advice or a prescribed eating schedule.
