Decide what cue you want
Changing time zones can change the local clock context around reminders. Fastly's reminder page advises reopening the app after the change so alarms can be refreshed.
Check the relevant settings
Open Fastly after arrival, read the current session's start and goal, and inspect Start time and quiet hours in local time. Confirm those choices still reflect your intentions.
The controller cancels old goal and start schedules before computing the relevant new ones. Goal changes and start corrections resynchronize reminders from the current session data and current quiet-hour settings.
Understand the timing distinction
The session's stored instants and the displayed local clock are different aspects of the record. A new date on screen is not by itself proof that elapsed time is wrong.
Keep control of the routine
Check any unexpected alert against the app and system settings before editing data. Do not assume the reminder schedule automatically explains every clock-related display change.
Fastly is a lifestyle timer and journal. These notes explain the app and offer reflection prompts. They are not medical advice or a prescribed eating schedule.
