A REFLECTION · GETTING STARTED

Return after a break from tracking

Returning to Fastly does not require filling every day you were away. Begin by understanding what remains on the device rather than trying to manufacture an uninterrupted calendar.

Use the controls deliberately

Check whether Today still shows a running record. If it was accidentally left open, stop it and correct the end only when you have a reliable time to use.

Completed records can be edited through History. An end must follow its start and cannot be in the future; the controller reorders history after a valid correction so the list follows completion time.

Check a practical example

Review a few recent notes for context and then choose today's timer settings deliberately. Older protocol choices can remain in history without dictating your next session.

Keep the meaning clear

An empty stretch is a gap in the log. It does not establish what you ate, why you stopped recording, or whether the break was good or bad.

Fastly is a lifestyle timer and journal. These notes explain the app and offer reflection prompts. They are not medical advice or a prescribed eating schedule.
