Understand the selected surface
If there is no current session and main history is empty, Session shows a Ready-style preview rather than an invented completed duration. This can occur on a new ledger or after records are removed.
Set it up or export deliberately
Check Today and History to confirm the state. If sessions were archived, they are retained outside the main collection that the current-or-latest selection uses.
Session sharing uses the current session when present, otherwise the latest completed main-history record. The resulting image is static and does not update later when the timer, record, or summary changes.
Check what is actually shown
The preview is telling you there is no selected current or completed main-history session to display. It is not evidence of a hidden health score or an unsuccessful app setup.

Respect the display and file boundary
Start a real session only when you intend to record one. There is no need to create a dummy duration just to replace the Ready caption.
Widgets read this device's timer, and tapping one opens Fastly. The operating system controls refresh timing, so open the app when you need the latest detailed progress or want to change a session.
A worked walkthrough
Consider a new ledger where onboarding is complete but no session has been started or stopped. Session has no eligible current or completed main-history record, so the preview uses Ready rather than fabricating a time value. A similar situation can follow intentional deletion or archiving of every completed record. Check Today, List, and the archive to understand which case applies before assuming data loss. If an older backup was imported, the resulting dataset may also simply predate the sessions you expected. The preview is not an instruction to generate a test record or a claim that the app is unusable. You can leave it as Ready until there is a genuine event you want to track. If you do explore the controls with an interface test, label and organize that record so it does not later masquerade as an unexplained personal session.
