A widget can reduce the effort of finding Fastly without needing to become a constant display you monitor. Its useful role may simply be opening the current timer quickly.
Set it up or export deliberately
Place it where it is convenient, tap through when you need detail, and keep recording actions in the app clear. Reassess the placement if it creates more checking than you want.
The iOS guide specifies iOS 17 or later, Small or Medium Home Screen widgets, and a circular Lock Screen option. Android uses the Home Screen widget picker; this desktop release instead recommends the resizable app window.
Check what is actually shown
The Home Screen surface is optional. Removing it does not require abandoning the local timer, reminders, or journal; it only changes one way to access them.
